How to Book with Us
1. Click on the “Book Now” button to access the available itineraries and prices.
2. Select your desired itinerary, choose the date, and enter the required information, including the name of all participants and the ID number of the booker (for foreigners, passport number or ID card).
3. Proceed with payment through our secure system.
4. Once the transaction is completed, your booking is confirmed, and you will receive via email all the necessary details to participate in our boat experience.
Remember to arrive at the embarkation point 15 minutes before the departure time.

Is Booking Mandatory?
Reservations are required to secure a spot on all excursions. This also allows us to contact you in case of itinerary changes, such as cancellations due to bad weather.
What Information is Required at the Time of Booking?
We require the names of all participants, a contact phone number, and the ID details of the booker for the invoice.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or cash.
Where Do the Tours Depart From?
We have three departure points: from the port of Scilla (RC), Torre Faro (ME) and Fiumara Guardia (ME).
What Should I Wear? What Should I Bring?
We recommend bringing sunscreen (highly recommended), a beach towel, wearing swimwear, a hat, and you may also bring some basic snorkeling equipment or similar.
Can Dogs Come on Board?
Yes, well-behaved small animals are allowed onboard. However, please note that our tours do not include stops ashore, so the animal will need to remain on board for the duration of the excursion. Please inform us of the presence of the dog during the booking phase.
Is it Necessary to Arrive in Advance for Boarding?
Yes, we kindly ask that you arrive at the embarkation point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
What to Do in Case of Bad Weather?
If the sea is calm or the weather is cloudy but safe, the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, if the weather and sea conditions are unsafe, the tour will be rescheduled to the earliest possible date. We recommend booking the boat tour early in your stay, so that you can reschedule in case of bad weather.
What Happens If Weather Conditions Worsen During the Excursion?
In the event of deteriorating weather conditions during the tour, the onboard staff will decide whether to continue the excursion or to interrupt it for safety reasons. If the tour is interrupted after one hour of touring, no refund is provided.
I would like to cancel my booking. Is a refund available?
If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the tour, a 100% refund is provided. If the cancellation occurs within 10 hours before the tour, a 60% refund is provided. If participants fail to show up for the tour (non-show) or arrive late when the boat has already departed, no refund is provided.
Are there stops for swimming in the sea?
Yes, all our tours include stops for swimming in the sea.
Is there a ladder on the boat for boarding during swimming stops?
Yes, all our boats are equipped with a ladder for getting back on-board during swimming stops.
Is the boat covered?
Yes, all our boats are equipped with a canopy to provide shade from the sun.
Is anything to drink or eat included on board?
We provide a refreshing drink and water during the tour. Food is only included on some itineraries or upon request for private tours.
Will there be other people on the boat with me?
Yes, our tours are group tours, but you can book a private tour for an exclusive experience. Please note that our tours are not mass tours but for small groups.
Do you provide life jackets?
Yes, in accordance with the law, we have life jackets on board for all passengers, along with other necessary safety equipment to ensure the highest safety standards.
